Tennessee, we are at a loss for words. Our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected.

As we sit here in shock one thing comes to mind...Tennessee is STRONG and we have no doubt Tennessee and Nashville will come out of this tragedy stronger than ever and united. The flood 10 years ago devasted downtown Nashville and we rebuilt, recovered and THRIVED after. We got this, Nashville. 

We've gathered resources for those in need and those that want to help. We will keep updating as information changes and comes in.

For those in need:

Assistant/helpline:
Those in need of assistance are encouraged to contact United Way’s 2-1-1 information and referral line by dialing 2-1-1 or 1-800-318-9335.

Bode:
Bode is offering a 25% discount for those looking for a place to stay. Their units offer full kitchens as well. 

Airbnb Open Homes:
If you’ve been displaced or are helping with relief efforts, you can book free accommodations between March 3, 2020 and March 24, 2020.

Cleanup/relief efforts: 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to safety concerns, several local relief organizations have advised people to not coordinate their own large cleanup efforts. Instead please register to volunteer at Hands on Nashville.

Mt. Juliet residents - who are interested in volunteering with cleanup efforts can register online here.

Samaritan’s Purse:
Located in Boone, North Carolina, is traveling to Nashville. The volunteer teams will assist homeowners with clearing trees and debris from yards and homes and placing tarps on damaged roofs. You can sign up at the organization’s website.

Gideon's Army United:
Use this link to sign up for volunteering in various locations. They are also looking for transportation, donations, and foodservice.

Item/food donations:

Community Resource Center:
Looking for personal hygiene items, bleach, trash bags, gloves, and box cutters. Donations can be dropped off or mailed to the Community Resource Center at 218 Omohundro Place, Nashville, TN 37120.

The Salvation Army:
They have a feeding unit and two support units working in the area, offering coffee and snacks to displaced residents. You can donate online here. 

Blood donations:
There is a shortage of blood in the area. Tennessee residents can find a place to donate here. For outside Tennessee, check with your local blood bank.

100% proceeds to cfmt.org for nonprofits & victims of the Nashville tornado. So many cute styles and colors!

Baked on 8th:
All profits this month will be donated to Hands on Nashville and Community Foundation Middle TN.

I believe in Nashville shirts:
100% of profits will be donated to the Community Foundation of Middle TN.

Apple & Oak:
Selling Nashville Strong glasses and will be donating 100% profits.

Project 615:
Selling Nashville Strong t-shirts and will be donating 100% profits to the Middle TN Emergency Response Fund.
